I was very keen on buying a boat but a little reserved in outlaying the capital required. When freedom came up, my first reaction was it was expensive but then I did the numbers. When I took into account maintenance, storage, depreciation, insurance, and the initial outlay that would be tied up in the boat, the cost of the freedom membership was a no brainer.

On top of that, I have access to multiple boat types depending on what I want to do for the day, I have no stress of maintenance costs, or repairs and I don't have to spend hours cleaning the boat when I get back.
